The GBCA negotiating team has reached a tentative settlement with District Council No. 21.  

We have received notification that some contractors have received a mailing from District Council No. 21 indicating a need to sign their Independent Contactors’ Agreement.  

Do not sign or return the supplied Signature Page.  As a member of the bargaining unit, you are no longer an independent and instead, belong to a multi-employer bargaining unit called the “Drywall Finishers of the GBCA”.  

The association will follow-up as details of the new agreement are finalized.
